Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
   The terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Hilton" refers to Hilton Aruba Casino;
• "Gaming Floor" means the area within the casino where games are played;
• "Game Rules" refer to the rules governing a particular game, which may be displayed on screens or posted in writing at each table;

2. General Terms
   These Terms and Conditions apply to all persons who participate in any game of chance conducted by Hilton on its Gaming Floor.By participating in such games, players agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Age Restrictions
   Participation is restricted to adults aged 18 years or more (or the age specified by local law).

4. Player Responsibility

   Each player acknowledges that they are responsible for their own betting limits, playing skills, and emotional well-being when participating in games of chance.Hilton's staff is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of such participation.

5. Bonus and Promotional Terms
   Any bonus or promotional offer made available by Hilton may be subject to specific terms and conditions, which shall prevail over these General Terms and Conditions in case of conflict.

6. Liability Limitations
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hilton disclaims all liability for direct or indirect losses incurred as a result of participation in games of chance on its Gaming Floor.In no event will Hilton be liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill.

7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Aruba (or such other jurisdiction applicable to the operation of the casino) without giving effect to any principles of conflicts-of-law.Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to validity, interpretation, performance, or termination thereof, may only be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

8. Amendments
   Hilton reserves the right to modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at its discretion.By participating in games on the Gaming Floor after such modification, players acknowledge that they are bound by the amended terms and conditions.

9. Termination
   Hilton may terminate a player's participation in gaming activities with immediate effect upon written notification to them; however,termination will not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior thereto.

10. Governing Body Standards

    The operation of the casino complies with relevant standards set forth by national and international governing bodies responsible for ensuring fairness and integrity of games of chance.

11. Responsible Gambling Policy
    Hilton promotes responsible gaming practices within its facilities, providing information about problem gambling prevention on request.Players are encouraged to seek help from professionals if experiencing difficulties related to excessive or compulsive betting behavior.

12. Entire Agreement
    These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire understanding of the parties hereto with regard to their subject matter,superseding any prior written or oral agreements, representations, understandings or negotiations.

13. Dispute Resolution
    Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by a single neutral arbitrator chosen in accordance with rules applicable for such dispute resolution procedures.By participating in gaming activities on the Gaming Floor,players acknowledge that they have had an opportunity to review, understand, agree and accept all terms and conditions herein.

14. Modification of Games
    Hilton reserves its right at any time to suspend or cease to operate games previously available;any disputes arising as a result will be governed by these Terms and Conditions.

15. Acceptance
    By playing on the Gaming Floor, players acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to abide by all terms set forth in this document.The player accepts and acknowledges the applicability of the terms outlined above.

By entering into these Terms and Conditions, Hilton sets out its understanding regarding the nature of gaming operations at its establishments.
